Who operates this service
Nanikratos operates this independent software and license service. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to nanikratos001@gmail.com.
Details saved in the extension
Pilgrim profiles and additional form details are saved in your local Chrome extension storage. The licensing and payment backend is not designed to receive those details. When you trigger a fill, the extension enters the selected information into the supported website, where that website’s own privacy practices apply. Anyone with access to your Chrome profile or device may be able to access locally saved data.
License and purchase records
The license service stores hashed activation codes, random installation identifiers, hashed device tokens, expiry dates, device limits and revocation status. The payment integration additionally stores provider order/payment IDs, hashed purchase-receipt tokens, issuance timestamps and purchase status so it can verify payments, issue codes and handle retries, support, refunds and disputes.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay and its payment partners under their own privacy policies. Our backend will verify payment references and status; it will not store card numbers, CVVs, OTPs or bank passwords. Do not send these details by email.
Hosting and browser storage
Cloudflare hosts the site and license database. Cloudflare and payment providers may process network and technical information, such as IP addresses, as needed to deliver and protect their services. The site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The checkout page retains a private purchase receipt in your browser to help recover an issued code. The owner console retains its secret only in the open tab’s memory while signed in; the secret is not saved by the owner page in browser storage.
Support, retention and sharing
Information you choose to email is used to handle your request. License, purchase and support records are kept while needed to provide access, resolve issues, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Records are shared only as needed with hosting, payment and support service providers or where required by law. We do not sell customer data.
Your choices
You can delete saved profiles inside the extension or remove its local storage. You can request help with license-record corrections or deletion through the support email. Some purchase or dispute records may need to be retained. Clearing purchase-receipt storage can prevent self-service recovery of a code, so save a private copy first.
